What is the cost?
For all of the wedding services mentioned, including driving the bride and groom to the reception, our charge is £500 (no VAT).
Charges for other events: please contact us for a quote with details of where you would like to go. It will normally be less than a wedding.
Terms & Conditions
Payment in advance, please, at the time or reservation, by way of personal cheque to Dr Henry A. Fitzhugh drawn on a UK bank.
Although we would make maximum efforts to satisfy arrangements, we cannot be responsible for delays or loss caused by any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, e.g. severe weather, traffic incidents, traffic congestions etc. In such case we would inform you as soon as possible. In the event you use Emily for transporting personal items, it will be your responsibility for remembering to recover these items.
It is the responsibility of the client to verify that the published details, dates, times and addresses are correct. Booking is accepted based on the times and itinerary stated.
No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location. Extremely tight corners are a problem in a classic car of this age and size.
The client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers.
Bookings are accepted only on the understanding that the hirer understands and accepts all terms and conditions herein and payment in advance signifies such acceptance.
We may terminate the booking if the client or passengers cause excessive delays, are disorderly or, in the driver’s judgment, are unfit to travel.
Change of Date or Venue: A change of venue will be allowed provided the new venue is roughly the same distance as the original booking. A change of date will be allowed provided it is possible for us; otherwise it will be treated as a cancellation as below.
Cancellation: Any cancellation by the wedding party will be 50% refundable up to the day before the reservation. If we failed to deliver the bride to the wedding venue in either of our cars, the charge would be fully refunded.
